Full Description
Site of a stone (possibly a standing stone) which was said to mark the spot where a local laird, Muat, was killed in a sword fight with another laird. The stone, a rough undressed stone, was extant until the mid 20th century when it was swept away or buried by a landslide.
Period Notes
Destroyed 1953 by landslide.
