Full Description

Site of an early church, said to be that of Knockando parish. The only trace that remains is an uneveness of ground suggesting the site of graves from which grave slabs are said to have been removed.

Its age is indicated by two Class I symbol stones and a rune inscribed stone (NJ14SE0001) which were removed to Knockando Parish Church (NJ14SE0028) sometime before 1856. The Church may have been dedicated to St Brendon. The site is truncated by the railway.
