Full Description
Modern house built within the walled garden (MAB22657) of Haddo House (MAB22622) between 1994 and 1995, designed by Morris and Steadman. The house is built on the site of greenhouses, as depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. It is in modernist classical style, with ranges to either side housing ancillary accommodation (including a larder, a utility room, and a boiler house) incorporated in the garden’s former potting sheds and outbuildings. The ranges are single storey lean-tos built to the north of the walled garden. The house is set within the Haddo House designed landscape (MAB22644).
