Full Description
Former school, later used as a church hall, now mostly disused. It is shown on the 1st edition OS map as two adjacent rectangular school buildings, with an enclosure to the north.
On the 2nd edition OS map the northern school building has been extended or replaced by a longer building, which is no longer adjacent to the smaller building to the south, and the enclosure reduced in size to accommodate the larger building.
Current maps show only the northern remains, now depicted as a hall, and the smaller building to the south has been removed. The hall was used by All Saints' Episcopal Church (MAB19188) as a church hall until the 1960s, after which it was used as a community hall. By 1980 it was no longer being regularly used, and it has remained mostly disused since then.
