Full Description
Remains of a cairn and site of a cist. A small cist containing human skeletal remains was found while clearing away a cairn circa 1846. RCAHMS site visit 1996 noted that the cairn has been reduced to little more than a stony rim measuring circa 10m in overall diameter. Best preserved at the southeast where the rim of cairn material measures circa 2.4m in thickness and 0.4m in height.
