Summary

Remains of a lime kiln that is depicted on the 1st edition OS map but not on the 2nd edition one.Site visit 2003 as part of a survey of limekilns of upper Donside recorded that little remains of this kiln other than a grassy mound measuring approximately 9m in diameter, and a small portion of the rear bowl structure, 1.5m high.
