Three buildings are shown on the OS 1st edition map, the southernmost with attached garden, the northwestern one with a small outshot to which a lade runs from a small pond to the north. Form eth outshot the lade runs east to a burn. There had been some alterations to these buildings by the time of the 2nd edition map, another building had been added on the east side of the group and the pond had been enlarged.
