Summary
The OLIVE of Banff, travelling from Burghead to London carrying barley, became stranded near the railway station at Burghead on the 5th of January 1865 and was expected to become a wreck.

Full Description
The OLIVE of Banff, travelling from Burghead to London carrying barley, became stranded near the railway station at Burghead on the 5th of January 1865 and was expected to become a wreck. Remains recorded during Community Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (CCZAS) in 2022. The remains are circa 20 m long with the stern end visible: 29 frames , ballast and strengthening timbers for frames were observed.
