Full Description

Mulben war memorial (also known as Boharm Parish war memorial) stands beside Mulben Village Hall, facing east. Unveiled on 4 September 1920. Constructed of rough hewn stone, it comprises a two step plinth on which stands a square plan block base topped by an obelisk. Set into the faces of the base are polished stone plaques on which are carved the dedication to those lost in both the First and Second World wars. The memorial is generally in very good condition although there has been some slight fading of the lettering. Full transcription of memorial held in AAS Digital Archive. Originally located at the crossroads was re-sited in 1976, to improve road safety at the crossroads.
