Full Description

The remains of a three-compartmented building, lime-mortared, with outshots at both ends, and two enclosures on the south. It is depicted on both the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. Visited by RCAHMS in 1990. A field survey was carried out in 2009 by CFA Archaeology prior to a proposed wind farm, which recorded the grass covered remains of the building survive to a height of 1.2 metres in places, with a lean-too visible in the south-west elevation. The north-west wall of the enclosure (0.3 metres high) is now destroyed.
