Full Description

Remains of a croft. Two small buildings are depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps, with an small enclosure to the west. One building still survives in ruins as a two compartment building with two outshots when visited by RCAHMS in 1990. A field survey was carried out in 2009 by CFA Archaeology prior to a proposed wind farm, which recorded the remains of the grass covered stone building (walls of which stand to 1 metres high), as well as the two additional 'cells' on either end of the building. The enclosure was not located, suggesting is no longer survives as upstanding remains.
