Full Description
Remains of a farmstead which is shown on the OS maps from the 1st edition map onewards. On the 1st edition map it is depicted as three rectangular buildings which form a court open to the south-east. There are two enclosures, one, rectangular and sub-divided, attached to the northern two buildings and the other a sub-oval enclosure attached to the southern building. A horsemill is also shown. By the 2nd edition map the buildings have been combined and a south-eastern range added to make a quadrangular courtyard building. There is one square enclosure shown to the north-west. The horsemill has been removed. The 2006 map shows that range of buildings survives.
