Full Description
Footings of a farmstead situated in a patch of grass in heather moorland, some 500m west of the old cottages known as Corsemaul. Recorded in field visit by RCAHMS who also noted that it is depicted on the first edition of the OS 6-inch map as a single building with two enclosures, but does not appear on the second edition of the map. The 1870 OS Name Book describes the farmstead as one of five small crofters houses.
