Full Description
Remains of a possible cairn. It is fairly substantial, 10.27m by 8.75m, on the shelf of a slope overlooking Strathdon. The stones are moss and lichen covered. On the north and east sides the stones have spread downslope, while on the west and south they are still in situ. They present a fairly even face around the circumference with a sharp rise towards the centre. The stones appear built rather than randomly placed. There is evidence of robbing or a shelter built into the west, upslope, face. There are stones loose underfoot.
