Remains of a lime kiln depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps. It was disused by the time of the 2nd edition on which it is annotated as 'old limekiln'. It was recorded during a survey of limekilns of Upper Donside in 2002. It is a small kiln, of external diameter 5 m, with a bowl of 3 m in diameter. The draw hole has collapsed but some lintels are present. Part of the wall to the right also remains.
