Full Description
A small cairn which marks the spot where Davidson, a poacher, was found dead of natural causes (as noted in the OS Name Book, 1866). It is a cairn of white quartz boulders, within which has been set a granite boulder bearing the inscription 'A DAVIDSON 1792 - 1843'.
