Full Description

Building of two storeys with parapet wall, now with ground floor shops dating from the 1930s and with tiled shopfronts. The butchers on the south remains, the shop at the north end was originally a confectioners. The upper glazing panes have stained glass featuring heraldic emblems on a Scottish theme. The interior of No. 28 retains a black and white geometric floor typical of the 1930s and timber cash booth/office.
