Full Description

Tenement, now also in use as a shop, built in the early 19th century, with the ground floor shop front inserted in circa 1900. It is a three-storey, three-bay building with a rendered exterior that is lined as ashlar, with raised tooled margins and a moulded eaves course. It has a slated pitched roof and painted facade.
