Full Description
Old flax mill in this vicinity which was removed 'a long time ago'. A later channel feature is also shown at this location on the 1:25,000 map of which no trace remains on the ground. The mill had a lade, sporadically evident as a cropmark, which left the Burn of Keithfield at circa NJ842340 following the contour line to the flax mill. This has not been confirmed by site visit. The site lies within the Haddo House designed landscape (NJ83SE0076).
