Full Description

Cropmarks of souterrains and approximate findspot of a copper alloy ball. Souterrains (number not known) were recorded by the RCAHMS in 1984 in the same field as Carlungie I and II (NO53NW0014 and NO53NW0024). In 1994 a copper-alloy ball, 3.5cm in diameter with a hole pierced in one end was brought in for identification to Montrose Museum in 1994 and later to Glasgow Museum in January 1995.
