Full Description
Cropmarks of a probable souterrain recorded by the RCAHMS during aerial reconnaissance in 1990. A possible ring-ditch lies circa 2 m to the west and both appear to be enclosed by a sub-circular enclosure. A series of cropmarks of souterrains were recorded and photographed in the area in August 1995. At NO 484 628 (NO46SE 38), the most distinct souterrain shape, measuring 10-11 m by 1.5 m was recorded and nearby there was another area with circular clumps circa 0.6 m diameter.
