A desk based assessment carried out by Rathmell Archaeology in 2016 ahead of proposed development of Bellmuir Quarry (NJ83NE0181) and subsequent field observation noted the site (S29) as partially present with loss due to quarry operations, but did not record any further details, with the site located outwith the proposed development area.
