A desk-top survey and walkover survey was carried out by MAS in April 2019 ahead of proposed quarry extension (in part within Aberdeen City - see City HER NO99NW0107).

Full Description
A desk-top survey and walkover survey was carried out by MAS in April 2019 ahead of proposed quarry extension (in part within Aberdeen City - see City HER NO99NW0107). This recorded only a few features, mainly in the east corner of the survey area. comprising small quarry pits (NO99NW0138), and site of a building (NO99NW0069). On the west side is the farmstead NO99NW0070. Subsequent evaluation in October 2021 recorded only denuded rig and furrow, and a single flint from the topsoil.
