Full Description
Site of a chapel, depicted on OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. It belonged to the Knights Templar, one of their chaplains being stationed here. Manse Park, now part of the present Home Farm, belonged to the Chaplain. The remains were taken down in the mid 19th century by the Procurator of Blairs College. No trace can be seen now, although many stones lay around and there were traces of quarrying earlier in the 20th century. An historic landscape survey by MAS in 2012 of the Blairs estate recorded that there is now no trace on the ground.
