Full Description
Site of a mansion. Described in OS Name Book (1845) as 'a spacious mansion, surrounded by a high wall, having an arched gateway in front...'. No part of the building remains, the foundations having been cleared out in circa 1825. A rectangular cropmark to the east of the present farm of Kinghornie may be the site of this house (NO837 728).
