Full Description

Site of a stone circle. In the late 19th century 100 yards west of the farmhouse was a 'circle or space, evidently the remains of a stone circle', of which only two stones were unbroken and in situ, although there was a circle of broken pieces. It was circa 36 feet in diameter. Ritchie (1919) found no trace of circle at this location 'unless a slight difference in the level of the ground marks its site'.
