Full Description
Drinking water fountain, no longer in use as, erected in 1897. Made of polished pink and grey granite, gilded inscriptions on two faces: '1897 Presented to the town of Aberlour by Provost William McGowan on the occasion of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee' and 'This fountain opened, and new water supply from Braes of Elchies turned on by Mrs Grant of Elchies 22nd June 1897'.
