Full Description
Site of a cist of red granite cist found at this site in the mid 19th century. The hole was covered by a large capstone and contained burnt ashes and 'some other sepulture remains'. Now no trace cist. Cropmarks of a ring ditch, possible souterrains and other circular cropmarks have also been noted in this area, visible on aerial photographs (NO77NW0032).
