Full Description
Site of a prehistoric settlement to the northeast of Hospital Shields Farm identified during topsoil stripping for the Aberdeen-Lochside Gas Pipeline Project. The remains of three prehistoric roundhouses were fully excavated. These are likely to be Iron Age and may have belonged to an unenclosed settlement.
