Full Description
Site of a cist. A 'very large rude stone slab' was discovered when the floor of a cottage was removed before 1860. Under the slab were 'quantities of bones, etc'. The site is marked as on both the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps (circa 1846 and circa 1888). No cottage is shown on either of these maps.
