Full Description
An evaluation consisting of 25 trenches and trial coring was undertaken in advance of improvements made to the A92. The trenches were excavated to subsoil level but no archaeological features or artefacts were recovered. Coring and test pitting confirmed that no peat was present along the proposed road realignment.
