Full Description
A trial trenching evaluation carried out by CFA in advance of proposed improvements to the A92, recorded a number of archaeological features at the western end of this section, including an Iron Age ring ditch (NO53NE0064) subsequently excavated. Evidence of rig and furrow cultivation was recorded in several trenches.
