Full Description

A single pit was recorded during a watching brief by CFA in November 2012 on excavation of a trench for a new water pipeline adjacent to the water treatment works. The pit was oval, measuring 1.4 by 1m and 0.5m in depth. No finds were recovered, although a prehistoric date is most likely.
