Full Description
Site of gravel pit which is depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps, but which does not appear on the 3rd edition. Walkover survey by Alder Archaeology in May 2023 ahead of proposed woodland creation (NO25NE0092) noted a mound in this area which may relate to the gravel pit.
