Full Description
Pit and flint lithic recorded by AOC Archaeology in September 2020 during the Peterhead Substation trial trenching evaluation (NK14SW0313). Near the base of the pit were charcoal flecks and a small flint lithic. The lithic was identified as a struck flint pebble of grey East Coast flint, heavily rolled with patches of smooth cortex.
