Full Description
Site of cairn. The mound was opened before 1859, with cists being found between 1859 and 1901 when the mound was examined. No information is held regarding any finds. The site occurs on a natural rise in a cultivated field. No trace of an artificial mound or set of stones remains. A farmer struck a large flat stone when ploughing in this area, which he left in situ, but never found it again on subsequent ploughing.
