Full Description
Site of cairns. Three round cairns at Fernie Brae were demolished circa 1830. Each covered a cist in which calcined bones, polished stone axes and flint arrowheads were found. In two of the cists were urns, containing ashes, which were broken on discovery. Fernie Brae cannot be located.
