Full Description
Site of tolbooth dating from circa 1683, but demolished in the early 20th century. A triangular stone initialled CR (Charles Rex) 1683 was set in the tolbooth. Now no trace of this stone or the tolbooth.

Stone dated 1683; tolbooth demolished in 1901-5.
