Full Description
Site of a town house built in circa 1573 as a residence for a Dowager Lady of Pitsligo. A stone above the entrance had the seal of the Burgh on it, but the date 1760 was an addition, and refered to a repair or alteration. It was named the 'Lodging House.' The building has been completely destroyed and the site built over.
