Full Description
Site of a stone, sculptured with the likeness of a man and a book, which was discovered circa 1848, whilst renovating the bridge which carries the old New Deer and Strichen road between the farms of Grassiehill and Skellbogs. It was given to the tenant of Skellybogs in the late 19th century (NJ908 519) but it has since disappeared. No further information.
