Full Description
Site of a poorhouse, built around 1851, funded by the poor rate, and depicted on the OS 1st and 2nd edition maps. In comprised four separate cottages and in 1904 could accommodate up to 22 men and women with four 'attendants' in residence. The site is now occupied by gardens.
