Full Description
Site of alleged earth houses. In the mid 18th century the remains of circa 60 small huts circa 12 ft square could be seen irregularly huddled together. The walls were built of small stones cemented with clay and the floors were paved with stones. There were a number of similarly constructed small yards or gardens around the 'village'. In 1821 circa 12 huts remained but now there is no trace.
