Full Description

Trial trenching carried out by Headland Archaeology in 2013 following earlier geophysical survey (NJ90SW1091) ahead of the Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route recorded two pits. One was subcircular and produced a fragment of glazed redware suggesting a modern date. No finds were recovered from the other pit but it was thought to be of the same date.
