Full Description

A trial trenching evaluation was carried out by GUARD Archaeology in October 2009 ahead of proposed construction of a new nursery. One trench was excavated, demonstrating that the area had been heavily landscaped, probably during construction of the adjacent car park. No archaeological features or artefacts were recorded.
