Full Description

A trial trenching evaluation was carried out by Cameron Archaeology in March 2011 ahead of proposed housing development. Fifteen trenches were excavated but no significant archaeological deposits were identified. Features associated with agricultural activity included stone drains, field drains and deep late 20th century plough marks.
