Full Description

A watching brief was carried out by Cameron Archaeology in February 2017 on 8 test pits (and one retest) for geological inspection at Nigg Bay related to Aberdeen Harbour developments. No archaeological features or artefacts of significance were recorded. A watching brief carried out by Cameron Archaeology in July 2017 prior to siting of a bund recorded no archaeological features or artefacts. A further watching brief by Cameron Archaeology in 2017 in the same area, on topsoil stripping for a proposed road diversion also uncovered no archaeological features or artefacts.
