Full Description
Site of a drapers store founded in 1905 on the corner of St Nicholas Street and Schoolhill, and closed in 1955. It was acquired by the Scottish Drapery Corporation Ltd in February 1949, the Corporation being acquired by House of Fraser in 1952. The shop had a pneumatic tube cash settlement system. There was a ballroom on the upper floor.
