Full Description
A watching brief was carried out by Aberdeen City Council Archaeological Unit between August 2009 and November 2010 on groundworks for resurfacing works across 10 streets associated with the Green Townscape Heritage Initiative. Excavations of a 2.75m wide strip on the far eastern extent of The Green to incorporate new lights and bollards uncovered no archaeological features.
