Full Description
Site of a brickworks depicted on the OS 1st edition map. This works was first mentioned in 1859, the clay described as of 'fine quality and well situated for manufacturing purposes'. By the time of the 2nd edition map the area had been developed, although to the west was a new works, Seaton Brick Works (NJ90NW0691). The chimney of the works was demolished in the early 20th century.
