Full Description
Site of a cairn which is depicted on the OS 1st edition map: the 2nd edition shows it as a site of a cairn. It was a circular mound of earth and stones, situated in the field to the northwest of Clinterty farmhouse, circa 12.19m in diameter, and 1.52m in height. OS (1967) noted that this was an ideal topographical situation for a cairn, but there was no trace of it at that time.
